Book Launch: "Forms of Pluralism and Democratic Constitutionalism" by editor Jean Louise Cohen

Together with the Alliance Program, ICLS, the Center for Contemporary Critical Thought, and Columbia University Press, the European Institute hosted a book launch and discussion of Forms of Pluralism and Democratic Constitutionalism.

The event featured editor and moderator Jean Louise Cohen, Nell and Herbert Singer Professor of Political Thought at Columbia University, along with Fred Cooper, Professor of History at NYU, Katharine Pistor, Edwin B. Parker Professor of Comparative Law at Columbia Law School and Director of the Law School’s Center on Global Legal Transformation, Emmanuelle Saada, Professor of French and of History, Director of the Center for French and Francophone Studies, and Joshua Simon, Professor of Political Science.
