Marco Buti, Director General for Economic and Financial Affairs at the European Commission, analyzes the economic situation within the Eurozone in 2018, including the perspectives for economic growth and the current external surplus of the Euro area. He also discusses the EU Commission's proposal to tax the digital economy and the EU’s response to the crisis of multilateralism.
